Creating a Consult Form
Open RxOne Editor by searching for it in the homescreen search box.
Double Click on Consultancy Forms to open the module.
Click New to create a new form
Name your form
Select Add Row to add a question or title.
Select the type of question
Type the Question into the question field
If you want to autofill patient or other details – click on Insert Prefill Field and select the field to Add.
You will see the Prefill Field in the Extra Data field
When you have finished with the question – click Add Row to add the next question.
Continue to add questions and labels – once you are finished click Save to Save the form.
