MDR Security

MDR for a patient must only be accessed for legitimate needs, for example checking a new patient’s dispensing history or for checking history for emergency supply. RxOne will send details regarding time of access, the name of the pharmacy and the staff member’s name.

Before viewing a patient’s MDR, you will be given a prompt to enter a reason for viewing the patient’s history. This will be recorded in the patient’s audit history.

Confidential Scripts

Confidential Scripts will not be displayed in any of these views.
