Opening Cash Drawer on Account Sales

 The cash drawer opens for cash sales and also for account sales to enable the user to put into the till the extra receipt that should always be printed for account sales. These should be attached to the till printout at End of Day as an added safeguard against database corruption/loss. 

To adjust options for opening the cash drawer

 From the main Sales screen, go to Options, Cash Drawer. There are options to:

• Open Drawer for General Sales

• Open Drawer for Other

• Open Drawer for Account Sales

• Open Drawer for EFTPOS Sales

• Open Drawer for Credit Card Sales

If these are ticked the option will apply on that till only ie the option is individual to each computer so you can have each one set as you wish.
