Community Residential Care Facilities

The Ministry of Health requires that CRC patients are registered manually in the EAR Portal. In RxOne there is a CRC Registration Report that allows easy exporting of CRC patients to the EAR Portal.   First you need to mark the facility as a Residential Care Facility.

  • From the main Dispensary screen, go to Window on the top menu bar, then Resthome Utility

  • Tick the box for CRC for all your Community Residential Care facilities

To Export the CRC Registrations:

  • From the RxOne Start Menu, go to Reports, Patient Reports, CRC Patient Report.

  • Click on 'Export' and 'Save As' a csv or xls with a name and location where you can easily find it.

  • Go tot he EAR Portal and import it
