The Ministry of Health requires that CRC patients are registered manually in the EAR Portal. In RxOne there is a CRC Registration Report that allows easy exporting of CRC patients to the EAR Portal. First you need to mark the facility as a Residential Care Facility.
From the main Dispensary screen, go to Window on the top menu bar, then Resthome Utility
Tick the box for CRC for all your Community Residential Care facilities
To Export the CRC Registrations:
From the RxOne Start Menu, go to Reports, Patient Reports, CRC Patient Report.
Click on 'Export' and 'Save As' a csv or xls with a name and location where you can easily find it.
Go tot he EAR Portal and import it
