Pharmacy Repository

If the CDR is turned on, prescription data is sent on a daily basis from each pharmacy to the appropriate Pharmacy repository:
For the Auckland and Northland regions with their DHBs this is Care Connect TestSafe (Setup)
For Canterbury, West Coast and Southern DHBs this is HealthOne (formerly eSCRV)
For Bay of Plenty this is BOP Medcheck
For Manawatu this is Clinisafe
To switch on the CDR
Start Menu > Options > Disp Switchboard Tab > Enable CDR Pharmacy
HealthOne (for Canterbury/West Coast/Southern DHBs)

CliniSafe (for Manawatu)

Amend the Message that will print on Dispensary receipts by clicking on 'Message on Rx Receipt' (See the messages under Provider Settings below)
How to save your link if it is not available in Options
To make this link available in Options do the following:
Select Tools>Utilities>Other Utilites>RxOne Editor
Scroll down and select URLS. Click on OK
Choose the appropriate URL description for your CDR
If it isn't in the list then Click on 'New'
Under the column 'URL Description' type in 'TestSafe' (or your CDR name)
Then copy the link to the column labelled 'The URL'
Click on OK to save
Opt in & Opt out
Once ‘Enable Dispensary Repository’ is switched on, the ‘Opt in’ flag is automatically ticked on scripts. To opt out at script level, untick the ‘Opt In’ box when dispensing. (The ‘Opt in’ box is on the status panel, RHS of screen). If a patient wishes to opt out for all script data then untick the 'Opt In' flag on the patient's Personal Information tab.
Note: the ‘Opt in’ box will be ticked on held scripts and phone scripts but these scripts won’t be sent to Care Connect TestSafe Pharmacy until ‘unheld’ or ‘unphoned’.
Troubleshooting
If data is not being sent please check the following.
Go to Tools, Options, tick ‘‘Enable CDR Pharmacy'’
Message: Unable to connect to a remote server for access to Care Connect TestSafe.
Please try to access the Special Authority and TestSafe website in Disp. If you are unable to do this then please contact your provider,
SecureMe (Think Concepts 0800 484465 or Mako 0800 224455) or
SecureIT (Healthlink 0800 288887)
To further check you can Right click on a script and select Print Duplicate, tick resend to Testsafe, Check syslog for error.
Message "Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL) contact the server as (12202)" - This means the pharmacy has changed their provider from eg Mako to HealthLink.

Once Care Connect TestSafe Pharmacy is switched on, the default Care Connect TestSafe message will automatically print on the A5 receipt. The default Repository message is: "Records on prescriptions dispensed at this pharmacy are also electronically available to authorised healthcare providers via the 'Care Connect TestSafe' system. Care Connect TestSafe is a secure system to share information so that you can get the best quality care. You can choose to restrict the sharing of your records by calling 0508 TestSafe."
To change this message: From the RxOne Start Menu, go to Tools, Options, Disp Switchboard tab and then click on 'Message on Rx Receipt' (bottom of the screen) , modify the message and select ‘OK’ to save.
To access Care ConnectTestSafe's website:On theCare ConnectTestSafecomputer, you can access theCare ConnectTestSafeWebsite via the 'Links' menu on the main RxOne dispensary screen.

HealthOne message
Once HealthOne Repository is switched on, the default HealthOne Repository message will automatically print on the A5 receipt. The default Repository message is:
"To give you the best care possible, records on prescriptions dispensed at this pharmacy are available electronically to authorised healthcare providers involved in your care via a secure database known as HealthOne. Call 0508 TestSafe (0508 837 872) or speak with your pharmacist to restrict the sharing of your records."
The posters that all pharmacies should have displayed near to where they dispense covers the pharmacy if they aren’t issuing a receipt.

Once CliniSafe is switched on, the default CliniSafe Repository message will automatically print on the A5 receipt.
The default Repository message is:
"Records on prescriptions dispensed at this pharmacy are also electronically available to authorised health care providers via the 'CliniSafe Repository' system. CliniSafe Repository is a secure system to share information so that you can get the best quality care. You can choose to restrict the sharing of your records by calling 0800 CliniSafe (0800 254647)."
BOP MedCheck

BOP MedCheck message
Once BOP MedCheck Repository is switched on, the default BOP MedCheck Repository message will automatically print on the A5 receipt.
The default Repository message is:
"Records on prescriptions dispensed at this pharmacy are also electronically available to authorised healthcare providers via a secure information system run by Bay of Plenty District Health Board. You can choose to withhold the sharing of your information by calling 07 557 5573"
The posters that all pharmacies should have displayed near to where they dispense covers the pharmacy if they aren't issuing a receipt.
