The Drug Disp History/IMMP report now has an additional filter for Medication Type, which can be used to report on scripts that were flagged as ‘Continuous’ or ‘PRN’.

The Unsold Script report now displays the number days since dispensed for an uncollected script, and the total number of items uncollected for each patient when grouped by ‘Person Name’

RxOne users can now change the email address to send the text message responses via RxOne settings.

From the RxOne Home Screen – Additional Options, select ‘System Info’ – Show Options’

In the Options screen, select ‘Store Rego’ tab.

Enter the new email address you want the text message responses to be sent to under the ‘Pharmacy Contract’ section. Then click the ‘Save Settings’ button on top of the screen to save changes.
