We’re always working to make your pharmacy run smoother — and this month’s updates are packed with practical improvements to help you save time, reduce admin clutter, and stay ahead of upcoming changes.

In this issue, we’re excited to introduce our new backup system—built to keep your data safe, secure, and always accessible. We’ll walk you through how to get set up in just a few clicks.

You’ll also find a fresh round of handy RxOne tips, plus a quick guide on where to discover the latest features designed to save you time and improve daily workflows.

RxOne Cloud-based backup

We’re thrilled to announce our new RxOne Cloud-based backup system to give you faster recovery, better protection, and greater peace of mind — all without changing how you work.

Our new solution still runs quietly in the background, but it comes with major improvements:

Backups Every 15 Minutes
Instead of backing up once a day, your data is now protected every 15 minutes — reducing risk and improving recovery accuracy.

Rapid Restore Times
If something ever goes wrong, your system can be quickly restored

Proactive Monitoring
We now have full visibility into backup status and alerts, allowing us to act quickly if an issue occurs — no more delays waiting for external providers.

More Storage
Each device gets 500GB of backup space, giving you much more room than typical backup providers offer.

This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to support your pharmacy with secure, dependable, and responsive technology. Email support@rxone.co.nz if interested, or click on the button below.

Feature

If you are checking a prescription and need to ensure a script has been correctly issued variable repeats, you can identify a script with variable repeats from the third part label. This shows the repeats were varied in quantity during the dispensing process. Please contact RxOne support phone line to get this set up.
