How to Check S29 Order Status

To verify if a script has been flagged for Section 29 ordering:

  • Go to:
Edit Script → Claim → Additional Claim Details

  • In the ‘S29/Special Order Details’ field (located in the top-middle section of the screen), you will see one of the following:

    • “On next order” – The item has not been ordered yet but is queued for the next order. It will go onto the next generated order as a S29 item (with the required details).

    • Order number – Indicates the item has already been included in an order.
