RxOne Update January 2026

New Features & Improvements

  • Held Script Report: A new Held Script report format has been introduced with additional filtering options. By default, the report displays only valid Held scripts. Users can also choose to include expired Held scripts that were placed on hold within a selected period by enabling the “Show Expired Scripts” option.

  • Patient enrolment records: When a patient’s enrolment details change, such as moving to a different medical centre, RxOne will now update the end date of the previous enrolment to match the start date of the new enrolment instead of removing the old record. This ensures pharmacists retain a complete history of the patient’s enrolment records.

  • Smartclaim: A new Smartclaim version has been released in preparation for the 12-month script change effective from 1 February 2026.

  • Dispensary: A new Dispensary version has been released in preparation for the 12-month script change effective from 1 February 2026. There are no changes to system performance or the current workflow as part of this release. Additional information will be included in the forthcoming 12-month script update notes on the RxOne Home Screen.
