Updating HealthLink Certificate

From March 2026 you will no longer receive CD’s to update certificates. Use the instructions below to update your HealthLink Certificates.

Procedure

When it is time to update your certificate you will receive an email and text message from HealthLink. The email will contain a link to download the certificate. Follow the link. There is also a link to follow for help files.

  • On the page enter your enrolment code and click Next

  • Check the certificate details and click Next

  • Highlight the password and copy it (Ctrl+C). Write the password down and put this in your CD Safe in case it is needed at another time.

  • Click Download Certificate - it will save to your default downloads folder (generally called Downloads)

  • Do not close this window

  • On the RxOne homepage select:

    • Additional Options → System Info → Show Options

    • Select the Claim Status tab

  • Select Reinstall Healthlink Certs from Disk

  • RxOne will check the Downloads folder and prompt whether you want to use the certificate in that folder - check that it is the new certificate and click Yes

  • Paste (Ctrl + V) the password into the Enter your HealthLink Digital Certificate Password prompt

  • Click Yes to using replacement certificate and inform Te Whata Ora of the change

  • Windows Key Store and Master Key Store certificates will update to have the latest certificate.
