RxOne January 2025 General Update

RxOne January 2025 General Update

Dear Pharmacy Managers:

Over the next few days, you will receive an update containing the following:

Customer Discount

Previously you could only set the ‘Shop Item Discount’ and ‘Private Rx Discount’ at an account level. With this update you will be able to set the ‘Shop Item Discount’ and ‘Private Rx Discount’ on a person level.

From the Sales screen search for the customer by typing their name into the Customer box at the top right-hand corner.

Select ‘Edit’ > ‘Add / Modify Person Details…’, this opens the customer detail screen.

You can then enter the discount % you wish to give to this customer.

Please note:

If a customer is linked to an account, any account discounts greater than zero will take precedence over the discounts on the person level regardless of how the customer pays for that transaction.

Example 1.

Customer XYZ has 15% discount for their ‘Shop Item Discount’ and 10% on the ‘Private Rx Discount’. He is also linked to their family account which has a 20% discount for both Shop and Private Script discount, 20% discount will be applied to Customer XYZ’s purchases.

Example 2.

Customer XYZ has 15% discount for their ‘Shop Item Discount’ and 10% on the ‘Private Rx Discount’. He is also linked to their family account which has a 0% discount for both Shop and Private Script discount (no discount set), 15% discount will be applied to Customer XYZ’s purchases.
