Selecting Stickers or Shelf Labels for new Stock Cards

Over the coming weeks you will receive an update containing the following:

With the new update, RxOne allows you to set default Sticker / Shelf Label rules when creating new stockcards, so when the stockcard is created it automatically has the default sticker/shelf label rule applied.

For example, most of the products in your pharmacy only require Shelf Labels rather than Stickers. In this case you can set up the rule for new stockcards using ‘Print Labels Only’ in RxOne ‘Options’.

If certain product ranges from certain suppliers require both Shelf Labels and Stickers, then you can set the rule as ‘Print Stickers and Labels’ in the ‘Supplier Update’ price file.

RxOne Options

From the RxOne Home Screen, go to ‘Options’ > ‘Switchboard’ tab. From the ‘Sticker Setting’ drop down select ‘Print Labels Only’.
