Adding Stock to a Product Group

Stock is not added to a product group automatically by RxOne. This is because each pharmacy will have their own product groups.

Prompt to Assign a Product Group when Saving a New Stock Card

In Stock Cards select Prompt to Assign a Product Group when Saving a new Stock Card in Options. This will prompt the user whenever a new stock card is saved.

Bulk Editing Stock Cards with No Product Group

You can use the Bulk Stock Edit utility to locate and edit all the stock cards which do not have a Product Group assigned.

In the RxOne home screen search Bulk Stock Edit to open the bulk stock edit utility.

In the Options screen select [No Product Group], select any other options that are applicable to your requirements and click OK

The first Tab shows the list of items that have not been assigned to a Product Group. Select the items you wish to change. You can use [Ctrl+Click] to select multiple items. Then click on the Select Option tab.

At the bottom of the screen, select Only Items Highlighted Above and click Make Changes.
