Batch Stock List and Value Report

Batch Stocklist and Value Report displays a list of your Compounding batches providing an overview of your current batch stock on hand and their values.

To run the report go to:

Open

On the criteria screen you have the options to:

• Show Batch with SOH only

• Show Open Batch Only

If you are only interested in specific stockcards, select Prompt to select individual stockcards on Ok. Enter your stockcard(s) on the next screen.

Open

Use the CompoundPro drop-down to filter between Ingredient, Stockcard and Formulation Stockcards if required.

Open

The report allows you to

• Discard and Close Batch

• Change Batch SOH

• Print Batch Label

• Change Unit Cost

• Close / Open Batch

Any change in SOH will be recorded in the Shrinkage Report for auditing purposes.
