Your businesses copy of RxOne will have a set number of licenses that have been paid for. If you exceed the number of licenses RxOne will stop running on the machines that take it over the limit. For example, if you have 3 licenses and you start RxOne on a fourth Computer it will show an error message and RxOne will not start.

To release a RxOne licence so another client can open RxOne, you must fully close RxOne on the client you want to close Rxone on.

If you have exceeded your RxOne licence allocation you will get a message when trying to open an additional client saying you have exceeded your RxOne licence allocation.

Instructions to close a client to free up a licence:

  1. Click the up arrow on the notification bar in Windows:

2. Right-Click the RxOne Icon:
