These help notes apply to scripts that have been changed and require sign off from the prescriber.

Note

You will still need to receive a signed prescription from the prescriber accepting the changes as per current prescribing rules.

Process the Script

  • Scan the script and process it. Make any required changes.

  • Ensure that the doctor and facilityid FacilityID is correct

  • Click on the 8 eScript tab

  • Tick Changes requiring Dr. sign.

  • If it is a phoned script, tick Phoned

  • Finish the script
