You can add a PharmX supplier account directly from RxOne, without the need to contact our help desk.

Follow these Steps

1. Open ‘RxOne Editor’ RxOne Editor > Scroll down and click into ‘Supplier’ Supplier.  (We might switch the menu to open WPF version directly)

2. If you are setting up PharmX account with EXISTING supplier, click into the selected supplier.

3. If you are setting up PharmX account with a NEW supplier, click ‘New’ New, a new row will be created on the bottom of the screen, double click into it to open the screen.

4. Ensure the Supplier detail are on the first tab is correct this includes

   1. Supplier Name

   2. Supplier Contact details

5. On the ‘Internet Ordering’ Internet Ordering tab

   1. Select ‘Use Use PharmX for Orders and Invoices’Invoices.

   2. Leave the ‘Pharmx Pharmx Supplier ID’ ID as ‘None’ None as this will only be available once the supplier has approved the account.

   3. ‘Send Send Orders Using Protocols’ Protocols – Select between API.exe, Sigma.exe or Mayne.exe from the drop down if the supplier you are creating is one of these suppliers, otherwise leave it blank.

   4. Select Uses ‘Sigma Code’, ‘Symbion Code’, ‘API Codes’ Sigma Code, Symbion Code, API Codes if appropriate, otherwise leave it as ‘Suppliers Suppliers Own Codes’Codes.

6. ‘PharmX PharmX User Name’ Name and ‘PharmX Password’ PharmX Password will be automatically populated for you. This is your account with PharmX , this is not supplier related.

7. Enter your account number in ‘Main Main Account Number’Number.

8. Select ‘Create Create PharmX Acc’ Acc button.

9. On the next screen select ‘New New Account Number’ Number and enter the account number again for your supplier you are creating.

10.  Select your supplier from the ‘PharmX PharmX Supplier ID’ ID list and click ‘Ok’ Ok to save.

At this stage your supplier will receive a notification from you requesting the account to be approved. A notice on the home screen will display under ‘Alert’ Alert tab.

To see a list of accounts pending please go to ‘Orders’ > ‘Edit’> ‘View Orders > Edit> View PharmX outstanding changes’changes

A list of accounts will be created, and its status will be displayed on the screen.
