To release a RxOne license so another client can open RxOne, you must fully close RxOne on the client you want to close Rxone on.

If you have exceeded your RxOne license allocation you will get a message when trying to open an additional client saying you have exceeded your RxOne license allocation.

Instructions to close a client to free up a license:

  1. Click the up arrow on the notification bar in Windows:

2. Right Click the RxOne Icon:

3. Select “Close RxOne”:
