If a HFI isn’t entered for the resthome you will be asked for it

Download the spreadsheet in the link

Find the resthome and copy the HPI FacilityID and enter into RxOne

It will then show you all the patients in the resthome

• The first tab allows you to create patients who don’t exist in RxOne

• The second tab are patients who are in the Care Facility in RxOne records and no longer in the Care Facility in MediMap

• The third tab is patients who are in the Care Facility in MediMap, they exist as a patient in RxOne but not in the Care Facility

• The fourth Tab is for other patients
