Customer Sales Report

Select the appropriate options for your report.
Sales Date / Invoice Number / Online Invoice Number
You can filter by Date range, look for an individual Invoice or a range of invoices or a specific Online Invoice.
People / Accounts
Select whether you want to include all customers, or are looking for a specific customer.
Report Type
Here you can choose to filter Shop Sales, Script Sales or both
Once you have made your selections click to display the report.
Report - All Customers
The default report will show summary of all sales for all customers for the time period or chosen invoices.
Use the arrows on the Person Name buttons or next to the Total Retail to expand or close sections.
Export Report
Click to access Export options for this report.
From the export screen, you can elect export to a file, or email in a preferred format. Untick the columns you don’t require. Once you have selected your options you can click Save as Default to make these the Default settings for future Exports.
Save To File
To save the file to disk, click Save to File.
The standard Windows Save As window will open. Select the file type and give the report a name. Select a folder to save in.
Email Report
To email the report, select the file type you wish to email (Under To Email As). Type in the email address and Subject.
