Showing Account Subtotals for each customers

If you have an account that has more than one customer linked to it, you can set the monthly statements to show subtotals for each customer.

To set this up:

  • RxOne Home page > Debtors

  • Go to the individual account

  • Go to Edit > Account Details

  • On the Account tab tick Print Customer Name in Alphabetical Order and Show Subtotals for Each Customer

  • Click OK to save
