Trial Balance

To print a trial balance showing all debtor balances

RxOne Home Page > Debtors

From the Debtors menu select the 'Monthly Totals' option.

This will give you a report of the total number of Statements and the totals dollar amount for each month. All months are listed so you can see how many account transactions to have from month to month.
