Account Not Founds

If you can't find someone's account in Point of Sale

It may be that the account has been set up as an Insurance Account. Go into Debtors Module and bring up the account (with Dispensary Insurance Account ticked). Check the Account details (F2). On the Insurance tab there will be a tick in the box 'Insurance Account'.

You can type in CN in front of the account number (ie. CN12345) in the RxOne New Sale screen to bring up the account or the 'Customer' field when doing an account payment. The Account Number prints on the bottom of the receipt when charging a sale to an Account.
