Module won't start

If you get an error where for some reason a module, such as Point of Sale or Dispense won’t start you can try the following:

Update RxOne Files

In your RxOne home screen:

Open

This will force an update of all files. Try running the module again, if for some reason it still fails then contact RxOne.
