RxOne Update - Menus

RxOne Home Screen

When a staff member logs into RxOne, the Home Screen displays tiles for RxOne modules

Dispense, Sales, Orders, Stockcards, Backup RxOne and New Stockcards are fixed tiles and always displayed. Other modules most commonly used by staff are also displayed.

Open

Over the next few days, you will receive an update that allows you to ‘Pin’ a chosen module to the RxOne Home Screen.

Pin a module for your own quick access

From the RxOne Home Screen select ‘Additional Options’ > ‘Menu Options’ > ‘Edit This Staff Pinned Menus’.

Open

Search the module you wish to pin to the quick access list and select ‘Go’.

The module will appear on the quick access list.

Pin a module for all staff to access

Use the option ‘Edit All Staff Pinned Menus’. This can only be used by Staff with ‘Staff Manager’ Permission.
