Disable Script Function

This document is to remind all RxOne Dispense users how to disable a script in RxOne should there be a need to do so.

Disable the ORIGINAL

  1. Add the token to the basket.

  2. Highlight the basket and select ‘Set Status’ and change the status to ‘Rx Disabled’.

Answer ‘Yes’ to the question

Enter the Staff ID and the reason for disabling the script.

Disable the REPEAT

From the patient history, right mouse click on the script and select ‘Stop Repeat’ > ‘Yes’. Enter the Staff ID followed by the reason to disable the script. A red ‘stop’ will appear on the ‘Rp’ column in patient history.

The URL of a disabled token will have its status changed to ‘disabled’.

Reactivate the ORIGINAL

  1. From Dispense, select ‘File’ > ‘View Old eScript Basket’.

  2. Find the scid you wish to reactivate so it shows on the basket again, either by Date or by scid.

Select ‘Set Status’ and change the status to ‘To be dispensed’.

Reactivate the REPEAT

From the Patient History, right mouse click on the script and select ‘Stop Repeat’ > ‘No’.
