In the supplier price update window, select the Wholesalers tab, and select your supplier. Click OK.

Once the price list is loaded, the first tab will show all existing products in your database that have different prices to the current wholesaler file. Click ‘Accept All (Create Stock Cards)’ to update any change in List cost for these stockcards.

Real Cost

Stockcards Real cost is updated from wholesalers answerback once the Order is delivered into your system. Make sure you have selected the correct option to update Real cost from invoices.

To check this setting, open any invoice from your wholesalers from Orders module.

Under ‘Price Update Settings’, make sure ‘Save New List Cost to stockcard’ and ‘Save new Real Cost to stockcard’ were ticked. These 2 options ensure any price changes downloaded from wholesalers answerback invoices will be saved to your RxOne stockcard once the order is delivered into the system.
