Update Wholesaler Prices (Au)

Introduction

The Price Changes window will compare your pharmacy’s current prices with the latest price list from your main wholesaler. The list is broken into different tabs to make navigation easier.

• Old Cost is the current list cost of stockcard.

• New Cost is the current list cost as listed by the wholesaler.

• Markup is the current markup of the stockcard.

• OId Retail is the current stockcard retail price.

• New Retail is the new retail price calculated by RxOne. This calculation is based on the markup percentage of the stockcard against the New Cost.

Options

Sort List

You can sort the list using the Sort List option

Open

Printing Shelf Labels and Price Stickers

Click Price Update Options and select Print Stickers / Shelf Labels for Items with Price Changes. You can also select Print 1 Shelf Label per item.

Recommended Retail Prices

To view RRP’s of wholesalers click Load Recommendation Retail Prices and select the Wholesaler

Updating Prices

To update just the Cost Price, tick Update Cost Price Only in the Update Price Options menu. If this is unticked it will update the retail price on the stockcard.

Clicking Making Retail = RRP will change the retail prices on the selected tab to match the wholesale RRP.

Accept New Prices will update all prices for the current Tab alternatively you can select the prices you wish to change and click Accept Selected Prices

Real Cost

Real Cost will not be updated through this window. Real Cost is determined by the actual cost of the stockcard in orders and gets updated when orders are received in.
