CompoundPro Utility Update
Compounding Utility Update
The CompoundPro Utility button on the Formulation screen has been removed. The existing features in CompoundPro and other compounding related utilities are still accessible via the Tools menu in the Formulation screen. These features have been available for several years and more details can be found in our Compounding Manual which you can access from
RxOne Home Screen > Main Menu > Help & PDF Files > CompoundPro > CompoundPro Manual.
View/Modify Custom Prices
From the RxOne Home Screen, you can access the ‘Custom Price Report’ to view the list of all the custom prices set for your formulations. These custom prices can be edited in bulk using the ‘Bulk Edit Price’ button on the report. For more details regarding this feature, please refer to the help note on the RxOne Home Screen notices.
Formulation custom prices can also be viewed/edited via
Formulation screen > Tools > Formulation/Custom Prices Maintenance menu.
Once a formulation is selected, click on the ‘Custom Prices’ tab to view the existing custom prices for this formulation. You can edit, add or remove custom prices for this formulation from here.
View/Modify Formulation Name
From
RxOne Formulation screen > Tools > Formulation/Custom Prices Maintenance menu,
you can view/modify formulation name. Any change to the formulation name from this utility updates the formulation stockcard tradename at the same time.
You can also access it via the RxOne Home Screen by searching ‘Formulation Maintenance’. Via this way you will first be asked to search for the formulation you wish to edit the name of.

From the RxOne Formulation screen > Tools > Compounding Forms Maintenance, you can view/modify compounding forms. Form is not specific to any formulation, so you do not need to have a formulation on the screen.
You can also access this utility directly from the RxOne Home Screen under ‘Compounding Forms Maintenance’.
Compounding Pricing Options
From RxOne Dispense, go to the Formulation screen and select ‘Tools’ > ‘Pricing Options’. ‘Pricing Options’ is not specific to any formulation, so you do not need to have a formulation on the screen.
