Attach an Instruction or SOP to Formulation
To add an SOP, go to RxOne Start Menu, Tools, Utilities, Other Utilities, RxOne Editor. Scroll down to ‘SOPS’.
Â
Click ‘New’ to create a new SOP, enter the name of the SOP and click ‘Update SOP’ to attach a PDF. Select ‘View SOP’ to preview and ensure the attachment is successful. Click ‘Save’ to finish.
A mixture SOP can be any type of document(s) that are related to the formulation. You can have more than one SOP attached to a formulation including a general SOP such as a cleaning SOP, weighing SOP etc.
Please note: The document needs to be in a PDF format so you will need to convert your SOP from a Word document to a PDF first.
Â
Link a SOP to a Formulation
From the RxOne Editor, select ‘Link Formulation to SOP’. Select the appropriate formulation and the SOP you wish to link to and a start date. Click ‘Save’ to finish.
Ability to link a Procedure to Formulations.
This works similar to SOPs except this allows you to type the instructions instead of attaching a PDF. To add a procedure, from RxOne Editor select ‘Formulation Procedures’, enter the procedure name, instructions and number the steps to arrange the order of the steps. Once the procedure steps are created, use the ‘Link Formulation to Procedure’ in RxOne Editor to link the procedure created to a formulation.
