Compounding Audit and Product Sign Off

This feature allows you to record different staff member names through the compounding process. You can record the names of:

  • the person who processed the script

  • the person who completed the compounding

  • the checker

Original Dispenser:

When dispensing the script for the first time, RxOne records the name of the staff member as the ‘Original Pharmacist’ on the background, this remains unchanged over time. Each time the script get changed, the staff member who made the change will appear on the screen so you know who last made the change.

 

Compounder

This it the staff member who measures ingredients and compounds the product.

Checker /Sign Off

This is the staff member who checked and signs off the final product.

Assign Compounder to a script

After the product is compounded, on the formulation screen select Tools, Enter Compounder Staff ID then enter the staff ID of the compounder.

Assign checker / Sign off staff

When the product is ready to be signed off, on the formulation screen select ‘Tools’, ‘Mark Product As Checked’, enter checking staff’s ID . The script will have the word ‘Signed Off’

Note. The formulation will be locked down for further editing after a product is signed off.

 

Additional Script Details

The staff members involved in the script can be viewed either from the Script screen Claim > Show Additional Script Details or from the formulation screen Tools > Show Additional Script Details.

This report outlines the staff members that were involved in each stage of the dispensing process
