Stock Take

Tools > Utilities > Stock Utilities > Rolling Stocktake (or type Rolling Stocktake into the search bar)

If you wish to remove expiring, or expired batches from the stocktake you should run the Batches due to Expire report first.

Select the following options:

  • Stock Type > DISP

  • Compounding Type > Compounding Ingredients

  • Include > All Stock or Active Stock

  • No of Products > select the number of products you wish to count at a time. If you are counting during operational hours then it is best to select a smaller number, such as 50. During operational hours the stock levels may change between counting and data entry, so you will need to account for this.

  • Starting Point > Select End of Last Stocktake and if you wish to start at the beginning click Reset

  • Click OK

The first items will appear on screen, the number of items will depend on the number of products you selected in the Options.

SOH(Pks) and SOH(Units) show you the stock on hand according to RxOne. As you count record the amount in either of the Act. SOH columns. Once you have corrected the Stock on Hand, click Save Selected SOH & Remove from List.

Alternatively, you can print the stocktake sheet, count the stock and enter all the actual amounts in one go. This will depend on whether you are counting during operational hours.

Once you have finished with these items the screen will clear and you can start on the next lot by selecting Starting Point > End of Last Stocktake. (DO NOT CLICK RESET)
