Script Audit Details

From the Edit Script windows you can access and view extra details about a script’s history and claims. This can help with diagnosis of claim problems.

Open the Edit Script screen for the script you wish to check.

Additional Claim Details

In the top menu select Claim and Additional Claim Details.

The 'Additional Claim Details' will open and displays the following information:

  • Details of what was sent in the claim.

  • Owings dispensed.

  • Person (patient) changes.

  • Details of where the script was sent eg TestSafe, Rx repository.

eScript Details

Select the eScript Details tab in the Edit screen to view the information that was transmitted on the original script.

Audit Tab

This will show you the details of any changes to the script over a period of time.
