Totals Reports - Multi-Report
If you need to know the total number of scripts for a Doctor, but not the details of the scripts you can use Multi Report. Multi-Reports do not have the option of filtering so you will need to scroll down to the doctor you need.
To access Multi Report, type Multi Report into the search bar.
Scroll down to the Doctor Count report, click to highlight.
Click Load Report
RxOne will prompt you for a start and end date
The report will display the number of scripts for each doctor
Drug Disp History Report
You can use this report to display script details for a particular doctor
Type Drug Disp History in the search box on RxOne home screen
On the criteria screen, select the date range
Select Prompt to select Doctor on OK
Click OK
Click Add Doctor
Tick Select Individual Doctor(s)
Type in the name of the doctor
Click OK
Select the name of the Doctor you wish to view and click OK
Click Add Doctor on the next screen and repeat the process until you have selected all the doctors you wish to view
Click OK
The report will be generated, you can then sort by Doctor Name, and use the reports Grouping functions to group by doctor to get counts.
