Automatic Sign Off of scripts
RxOne can be set to automatically sign off scripts:
Go to Dispense>Options>RxOne DISPENSE OPTIONS:
Select “Sign Off Options”:
Compounding Sign Off considerations:
If the option to automatically sign off compounding scripts is selected, Lab technicians will have to undo the sign-off on the script to modify and process the script in the laboratory.
Once the script is completed in the laboratory, it will need to be manually signed off to finalise the script.
Instructions to undo a sign-off so that it can be modified in the laboratory:
Select the script on the script history screen that you would like to remove the sign-off
Press F6 to open sign off screen or go to File>Show Sign Off screen:
Select “Undo Sign Off”:
You can now modify the compounding formulation
Instructions to redo a sign-off and finalise a script:
Select the script on the script history screen that you would like to sign-off
Press F6 to open sign off screen or go to File>Show Sign-Off screen:
Select “Sign Off script”:
The script is now signed off and can be given to the customer
