Script Tokens

Some specialists are now issuing tokens instead of physical scripts or sending scripts via email. The token itself is not a legal script and you will need to retrieve the script image to print. This is done via the Receive Script function at Point of Sale.

• Click Receive Script

• Click Add eScript(F3)

• Scan the token QR Code

• Click Save

When you click Save the eScript will be retrieved by RxOne and send to the RxOne basket where you can print it. If you have set your basket to automatically print, the script will then print to your prescription printer.
