Debtors Module Printer Setup

To set statement size

From the Debtors module, open an individual or all accounts.

Open

Select Tools, Options and Printer Setup to adjust the layout of Debtors Statements.

The Main details is for the content of the Statement and the size of the remittance slip at the bottom.

If statements print one item only per page

Some Windows programs are known to leave the printer wrongly set within Windows, and this can cause the program paper sizes to be disregarded.

You will need to fix this in the Windows Printer Setting

Select the Printer being used to print statements and click Manage and Printing Preferences. Ensure that Paper size is set to A4.
