Unusual Retail Price

You can prompt for an unusual retail price in a Sale:  

From the main Sales screen go to Options, 'Prompt for Unusual Retail'.   If this is ticked an 'Unusual Retail Value' box will appear. Enter in the amount in cents e.g. '1000' is $10.00. A prompt will come up every time you sell a product that is greater than $10
