Smart Claim - Certificates

You need to apply  for a digital certificate from the Ministry of Health to be able to claim and send LTC data to the EAR portal.

Once you have your certificate you need to follow the instructions to set up Online Claiming

If there is still a problem and MOH have installed the Delegate Authority correctly then go to SmartClaim, Options, 'Reinstall Messenger on this machine'.

If you are still unable to send your claim then go to File, Clear Unsent Online Claims.

Then  go to File and 'Open Online Claim Log Folder' to find out what the problem might be.  If there is a message  "RSA Certificate Mode", then the MoH may not have set up the Delegate Authority correctly. Call them again.

Contact HealthSoft if you still have problems.
