Patient Discontinues Medication

If a patient stops using their medication you can stop the repeats by doing the following:

• Open the patient’s page

• Click on the Repeats Tab

• Left click on the medication to stop. This will highlight the medication

• Right click on the highlighted item

• Click Stop Repeat and Yes

• Type in a comment to clarify why the repeat was stopped

• Click OK

This will prevent reminders from being sent to the patient.
