Setting up a Text Message Template

You can set up commonly used text messages as templates to use. Some examples are:

• Repeats Due reminders

• Script Ready texts

Access any Patient’s Information screen from Dispensary

Open

Click on Events Audit and Click Send SMS to Patient

Open

The standard text message screen will be displayed.

Type your text message. You can select prefilled fields from the right hand side of the screen by clicking on the field. This will place it in the text message at the point of your cursor. When you have finished your message, click Add As New and give your template a name.

Click OK to save the template. On the Send Text Message screen click Cancel if you don’t want to Send the message straight away.
