Drug Images

[Revised 30 Apr 2014]

Drug Images are useful for tablet identification especially if you deal with rest homes or facilities. They look great printed from a colour printer, otherwise they will print in grey scale based on your printer's resolution.

Images are shown on the script screen and stock cards and will automatically print on the new format of Med/Foil Review/Charts.

DrugIDNZ is an additional module that requires activating. There is a one-off licence fee and a monthly support fee.

Activating Drug Images (Pictures)

  • From RxOne Start Menu, go to Tools, Options, Disp Switchboard.

  •  Tick the option ‘Enable Drug Pictures’ at bottom of the page and then enter in the registration code given to you by HealthSoft.

  •  Select OK to close the rego box and then select OK again to exit out of Options.

If the drug images do not print on the Med/Foil Review or Charts, then go to Tools, Printer Setup, Foil packaging, Advance, tick the option ‘ Use New Medication Chart/Foil Review’.
