Each patient may have permanent comments, and each script item may also have a smaller separate comment. 

Script Comments

There are several lines for comments on every script, for reminders relating to a particular script. This can be used to comment on changes to the script, or add comments made by the doctor that you would like to record next to the script.

To Add, Edit, or Remove a script comment

There are two ways to add comments to a script.

• Click on, or use <tab> to get into the script comment box, or

• add the comment to the patient instruction with a "+" during dispensing. Typing the following into the instructions field:

  • "2t tds + gave 2 x 250mg" will seperate into two parts "Take TWO tablets three times daily." will show on the label and "gave 2 x 250mg" will be saved in the comments.
