Setting up a Club in RxOne
Type Clubs in RxOne search box on Home Screen and select Edit Club Settings from the list.
Click Add Club in Club Edit Utility window to create a new Club.
In the next window, enter in Club name, select option Retail price of Club Items purchased. Under Option section, tick No points if item is discounted or non everyday special if points are not applied to products that are already on special, and enter in minimum dollars spent for points if applicable.
Tick No points for scripts
Click the Add button to enter details for rewards.
In Edit Club Action window, enter Action name and Trigger Point
Tick Free Gift and Can only give a club item as a gift if free gift must be an Avene product.
Tick Reset when triggered and click on the Message window to use the system default message or type in your own rewards message. Then click Ok to save Club Action window and Click Ok on Club Details window (step 3) to save Club.
Once the Club is set up, it needs to be attached to the relevant stockcards so points will be issued only when a Club item is purchased.
A Club can be attached to stockcards in bulk using Bulk Stock Edit Utility to bring up all stockcard in the same group (eg. all stockcards had Trade name starts with ‘Avene’)
Once the product list is loaded, in Select Option tab, tick Set Club to and select the appropriate Club in the dropdown list.
Tick ‘All item listed above’ and click ‘Make the changes’ button down the bottom of that window to apply the selected Club to all stockcards loaded.
