Delete Stock Cards using Bulk Stock Edit

You can delete stock cards using the Bulk Stock Edit utility.

Open the Bulk Stock Edit Utility

Open the utility using the instruction in the linked page and select the criteria for the cards to be deleted.

Select Items from the List

In the first tab, select the cards you are going to delete.

Click on the Price and Price Options Tab

Open

• Tick Delete Stock Card, you will be prompted for your Staff ID

• A warning prompt will show on screen. Make sure you have the right items selected before you proceed. Click Yes if you’re sure.

• The Stock Cards will be deleted.

  • You will not be able to delete Stock Cards if they are managed by Healthsoft (for example Drug Cards) or if a Stock Card has sales or dispensings attached.
