Merging Patients

[Revised March 1998]

To merge histories of two patients;

Select Edit menu and 'Merge Patients'

• Enter the name of the patient to be retained.

• Enter the name of the patient to be deleted.

• Press enter and select the patient to be deleted.

• Click Ok.

The histories will be combined and the second patient deleted.
