Unlisted Drugs

Regular Use

If you want to fully record and report on an unlisted drug you will need to create a Drug Card.

E.g. if "Coal tar (crude)" is regularly used in this pharmacy. If you are part way through a script you can create a Stock Card or Drug Card by clicking Window > Stock Cards. Follow the steps to create a drug card from there.

For Recording and pricing only.

In some cases you may wish to record a group of items under one drug card. An example of this may be Homeopathic Supplements.

Create ONE generic stock card called "Homeopathic medicine". Dispense all Homeopathics off this card, adding the name to the sig; Eg, a 'sig' that reads "(Arnica C6). Take one drop three times daily". If necessary have a several stock cards with different prices.
