Drug missing on lookup for script

Known causes;

Drug name is differently expressed.

Try looking up under a shorter fragment of the name, Eg, you may be looking under 'Sodium Chloride Polyamp 0.9% 5ml' and the item may have been abbreviated to "Sod Chlor P/a 0.9% 5ml' for reasons of space, so will not be found. Look under 'Sod Chl'.

Stock Card was created with 'Allow dispensary lookup' answered 'No'.

The stock card will have no Drug card attached to it.

You will need to use Stock Cards to create a Drug Card for the stock item.
