To select drug

There are a variety of methods to select the correct drug for a patient’s script.

• To bring up a list of drugs, type in a few letters of the drug name - for example Amox

• You can enter in the quantity and the name of the drug, for example 90 cande 32, will produce 90 Candesarten 32mg. You can also use P to select packs. 2p vento, will select 2 Packs of Ventolin

• Save more time by giving a clue for the preselector, eg NUEL SP will show only the NUELin SPrinkles, and PARA EM will go straight to PARAffin EMulsion and not show all the Paracetamols etc. Any number of clues can be used in any order and be of any length.

Drug selection box will appear with those items that match. Active drugs will appear first in black, followed by non-active drugs in red below.
