Add / Remove Southern Cross Number

Adding Southern Cross card number

Go to the Patient screen. Right mouse click on the ‘Card Number’ heading to bring up a list options. Select ‘Add Card Details’. The ‘View Card Details’ screen will come up, highlight the radio button for Southern Cross and then click into the ‘Card Number’ box and then enter in the number.

Editing Southern Cross card number

Go to the Patient screen. Highlight the Southern Cross card number and right mouse click to bring up a list options. Select ‘Edit Card Details’ .  The ‘View Card Details’ screen will come up, with the radio button for Southern Cross already highlighted. Delete the number in the ‘Card Number’ box and enter in the new number.

Removing Southern Cross card number

Go to the Patient screen. Highlight the Southern Cross card number and right mouse click to bring up a list options. Select ‘Remove Card Details’. A ‘Confirm Remove Card’ message will come up. Select ‘OK’ to remove the card number.
